Is it too soon for you to tell that someone the same thing back? Don't do it if it doesn't come naturally. If you're asked, just say that you like them a lot and do everything you can to explain your feelings.
Yes, it's probably too soon for this person to love you with all their heart, but it means that you mean a lot to them. Take that as a compliment and just keep enjoying the company!

well i've totally been on the other end of the spectrum and he probably feels like he truly thinks you are an amazing person and he really cares about you cause i know i've felt that way about a person after just a couple months especially if you were friends before you started dating.

I was once in a relationship and he had told me he loved me after only 3 months on the 4th month i got a ring... scary i know... however i never told him i loved him until i was ready and until i truly meant it...if he really loves you he will wait for you to be ready and he wont pressure you to say it.

lets see... my parents met on my dad's birthday...around halloween... and they were engaged by new years (2 months in)... married in july before even knowing each other for a year... didn't have any kids for 8 years... then had 4 of them... still married after 41 years.
