Yes, you should. Some women use other men to lead the men they really like... but blah. That's just me.
You should still tell her. Every feeling counts. :D
And maybe, just maybe... she'll like you back.

Wait until she breaks up with him. OR, if you really want her to know that you love her, and you're afraid that you'll lose her forever, then go tell her! FIGHT! :D You know, there's this chance that she is intentionally making you feel jealous because she likes you.
Don't be afraid of the things that you can't do. Instead, you should focus on your own special capabilities. :D

Yes, you should.
The guy I had always wanted didn't tell me he still had feelings for me. He kept this from me, I kept this from him. I pretty much reminded him that he was just a friend. I also told him I don't want to do anything with him, only friendship. The reason I didn't tell him is because I wasn't sure how he really felt about me, and I was scared.
I found out that he had feelings for me from his mother, and she encouraged me to tell him. She said it was up to me, but if I don't, it'd be a missed opportunity.
And Julian and I got back together after I told him in all honesty how I felt about him and he was able to open up to me, too.
IF YOU DON'T TELL HER, IT'D BE A MISSED OPPORTUNITY IF SHE SECRETLY FEELS THE SAME WAY ABOUT YOU.

If you want to make things really strained between y'all or cause her to break up a happy relationship, then go for it. Otherwise move on. Take things she told you about his romantic side and use it to find someone else. It's the ultimate irony. Good luck!

YES!! If you want her, FIGHT for her!! She can't have TWO guys, so she has to choose one of you!! Which one is it going to be?? Sounds like the only reason she would tell you about her "new love" is to make you jealous. Why else would she tell her "old boyfriend" about her "new boyfriend"?? If you want her, GO GET HER!!!!!!

dont compare yourself to other guys be grateful for what you have to offer and pick up some tips for improvements. If you really are in love with her, there is nothing wrong with telling her but understand she's moved on. getting it off your chest might be the first step in helping you move on too.

No. Not until you really have something to offer, or you will just get hurt.
Have a plan. Do something fabulous. If he can do it, you can (and do it BETTER)
But don't go into a war without any weapons..that's just suicide..
(ok that last sentence sounded a lot better in my head)

of course... tell her you still love her...
don't torture yourself bottling up your feelings by yourself..
if she still loves you, well, that's great...
if no, accept the fact...
but i think, she still do...
