If I had to chose between the two I'd definitely pick the guy who doesn't talk. Maybe he's shy or just doesn't know how to express himself, but the most irritating thing is when someone is lying.
Honestly I would rather have a guy be blatently honest with me than lie to my face. I have a pretty good patience level and very well controlled temper, but if he lies than i have a very hard time managing it.
Definitely the guy who doesn't talk.
Just try to start a conversation off on something light-hearted and try to get him to laugh or something. Then, after he's comfortable he may open up.

well, at least with lies, they have control over it and can stop at any time, but if you're a quiet person that doesn't ever say anything, it's not really something that you can change.It's who you are. If you ask me, I'd say look for someone that is OPEN and HONEST. Why settle for one of them?

person who talk less will be more adament and narrow minded, tough to rely upon such people.
person who talks more can be choosen but if its lies its tough to rely,
so, do frendship with those people who believe in you. and you belive in them
be far from lies especially.
