no, only you can accept things that happened, leave them in the past as something that cant be changed, forgive, move forward with your life and dont let what happened ruin your entire life. Hypnotherapy may help change your mind about the past... and cost you money.. but your the only one that can decide that what happened, happened, nothing can go back and change it, but.. if you keep dragging it around with you, it will always have power over you. I was molested as a child and let it bother me for many years and then I heard someone say.. "why are you letting that scumbag in your life still"? I saw what they meant, then let it go...so... the person that did this to you and me, are the only ones that should be screwed up about that... and their bad behavior has or should not have any reflection on me or you... good luck...

Memories that hurt perma. cannot be removed by hypno-therapy. Hypnosis is a state of mind only taking suggestions. You are not controled by hypnosis you only do what you want in this state of mind. The only way to ease the pain indefinitely could be to 1. become an alcoholic. 2 commit suicide or 3 have someone you trust and love do vile things to you so you forgot what is making you hurt so bad inside!

Only if you are sufficiently suggestible (around 20% of people make good subjects). Use the technique for reprogramming negative thoughts, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris on page 2. See PTSD, on page 33. There is a new psychopharmaceutical for use with painful memories, but you would need a psychiatrist trained in its use: save as a last resort!

hypnotherapy can ease your troubles with past memories, it really is up to you to to understand and let those go. however sometimes they are stuck in a somewhat subconscious state and thats why that therapy helps unlock it in a peaceful way for you to manipulate it as best you can to your benefit.

I don't think so. I think it can help to put things in perspective so that you can live with it.
