they are not the big cancerous type w/e moles they are very small and flat but I want to get rid of one or two how do I do so? Please don't answer: "see a dermatologist" thats not very helpful.

if you go to the dermatologist they will remove the moles for you, its a surgery and there can be a scar tissue left over but atleast they will be removed.
you can also try going to the doctor and asking them if they will, but i doubt it. maybe they could refer you to somebody though?

Why do you say seeing a dermatologist isn't very helpful? A doctor has to remove these. See a plastic surgeon then.
