Sorry man, your problem may be genetic. There is a condition called gynocomastea. Which is basically a pocket of fat that is stored directly behind the nipple, giving it a very "puffy" look. In that case the only way to get rid of t would be through surgery. It is a very, very common condition. However, if it is not, and we should hope it isn't, your best bet would be to weight train and get on a good diet. Like the person above me said, stick to heavy leg and core lifts such as squats and dead-lifts. Did you know that your metabloism spikes for 39 hours after performing heavy deadlifts? However, correct form with all weight lifting exercises is crucial. Research them if you are interested. There are plenty of websites out there that demostrate how to properly perform any exercise. Try www.bodybuilding.com.

mm well that sucks, okay so you want to know the secret to getting rid of that, well alright then this is what you have to do. Work your legs hardcore, like squats and legpress and what ever else involving legs [except your calves, save that for another day], and now heres the key part ...go running for 20- 30 minutes right afterward. Thats key, do that and run a bunch of other times throughout the week especially after weights[ although give your self a few days off as well] and youll be fixed up. Although who knows if it would work for anyone else but me... it did for me twice now [ignore the twice] but it took about 3 months to get complete results both times. Just remember the legs running combination is the key probably,hopefully.....its worth a try.
