Why are people dangerously skinny?

They overeat.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

Because of saturated fats found in animal meat, and refined foods such as white sugar and flour. Want a sure way to lose weight, stop eating these things. I've lost 25lbs in the past 6 months since I've stopped eating meat and refined foods.

because their are skinny people if their were all the same size people then their would be no fat or skinny their would just people. and on a further note i don't think fat people are attractive and i don't see how thats shallow because why should i have to look at something i don't want to look at. i may not be fat but even i was i still wouldn't find it attractive so how is that shallow?

Having less brown adipose tissue. This has a higher capacity to store energy than white adipose tissue. But basically there are always going to be natural variations in people's sizes, just as there are different personality types.

a recent study showed that we have been exposed to many plastics and a form of estrogen in the plastics was found in all the fat people studied.

So - plastic has made us fat. Along with trans fat and corn syrup.

Because they aren't doing this:

Here are some good ideas:

Losing weight:
1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming.
2. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State.
3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn’t be eating.
4. Drink clean water as your beverage of choice. Avoid Fruit drinks and fruit juices (unless YOU juice them yourself)
5. Stop smoking, drinking beer & wine, and drinking coffee.
6. Get 8 hours of sleep each night.
7. Hang out with people who want to be healthy.

Tone up the muscles:
1. Join a gym and get a trainer.
2. If you’re short on cash, start a light stretching & yoga regimen.
3. Do push-ups, and light dumbbell curls for the upper body.
4. As I said above, walk, run, swim, and or bike.
5. Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class.
6. Join the local YMCA..

Mental Health:
1. Get a friend to talk to each day about your feelings.
2. If you have some money or insurance, get a counselor to talk to.
3. Learn how to meditate.
4. Join a support group for the issue you’re dealing with.
5. Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance.
6. Start keeping a diary or journal about your feelings & thoughts.
7. Write a ‘gratitude’ list every night.

Here's what I think people are eating a lot of junk food and probably of all the games. Some of my friends stay in and barely go out they are mostly inside playing video games and eating all these junk foods.

computers has caused people to be less active and they are blaiming it on the food they eat. which sometimes it is the food they eat but because they dont like to exorcise they just blaim it on the food. im blaiming them for not exorcising. im not fat but i do have alittle belly fat. but i go running 2 miles every time i go to the park and i go to the park atleast 3 times a week

parking in front of a tv with a pizza on their belly is a good senario of what most obese people do,no exercise and tons of high fat foods.
