Science has answered all the other questions. Is there anyway that I can keep myself from being scared of death or any other unkowns?

When you die there are many 'stages' your consciousness goes through. Psychologically speaking, these are dreamlike states filled with visions that are dependent on your mental condition at the time of your death.
Religions, or other belief systems, have no meaning here other than how they influenced your mental condition prior to your death.
Some religions, or belief systems, that accurately explain the death process may ready your mind and help guide you through these stages in a positive way. But ultimately, since these are mental projections created by your own mind, it is up to you to find your way through them.
The dream stages are manifestations of your mind, but they are vivid and will seem utterly real. Some will be beautiful and some will be frightening, again depending on the state of mind. A mind that is highly attached to the material world will be the most confused and will have the worse experiences of terror and anger. since the loss of the material body (where that type of mind finds its comfort) is extremly confusing.
If you do not percieve these mental projections correctly you will become confused and desire the comfort you found in the material world. If you are very confused you will grasp the first body you can, if you are patient you may grasp a human body. enter another body and the cycle of rebirth continues unless you have become enlightened, then the rebirth cycle stops.
If you recognize these projections for what they truly are, you become liberated… enlightened.

If you are not saved, then you need to be afraid of death. I have no fear...knowing Jesus has taken away that fear..I know where I am going when I die. Want to get rid fo the fear?.....Ask Jesus to come into your heart and save you. Get a Bible and read it..Start in the New Testement. Find out what Jesus did for you on the cross...he had you in mind as well as me. Make things right before you die. You never know how long you have...Don't you want to know where you will spend eternity?

believe me our good lord, who is the creator of this universe is the master of science. he is the one who provides us wisdom.
If u wanna know abt life after death, jus read the NEW TESTAMENT chapters like mathews it will help a lot. if u have enough wisdom u can read REVELATIONS. it explains what will happen in the future..

Why be scared of death? everyone has to do it... no one gets out of it and you started to die the day you were born.

Go to the cemetery and select any dead man inside the grave, then tell him that you wanted to join him in his journey so that you will know whaat will happen to you if you die.He will grab and get you immediately then that is the correct answer.
