well some tips you might want to try in putting your food portions on a smaller plate say for instance a salad plate it will trick your body and mind into thinking that there is more there than there actually is.. Also give yourself smaller meat portions and load up on the veggies (as long as there are not covered in cheese, butter or salt.) also if you drink pop eliminate it that is the most weight inducing cause with kids. at a 150 calories a can it adds up.. Lastly drinks lots of water it helps fill you up and flushes the toxins from your body.. Also if you are a snacker and like to crunch on things ice is a good thing to curb your need to have something crunchy... Most of all keep your chin up and think positively and you will succeed... If you have a diet slip dont think it is the end of the world just start over the next day.. good luck...

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy.

My two sons 10 and 12 are on this diet with more complex carbs for their higher energy needs. They are both lean and healthy.

It is our lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.

Eat smaller portions i know it is hard but do it and you also should not eat everything healthy but everything in moderation also you should do at least a couple of sports a day and if you keep it up and be patient you should at least lose twenty pounds in 2 months.

wow really? damn, im 18 and thats my wieght. well eat right and excersize! EXCERSIZE! drink alot of water.

dont skip meals, its slows your metabolism and makes it harder to loose weight.

eat in small portions. like 5 meals a day but small portion, like a handful and remember to make sure its healthy. that alone should help but remember excersize and eat lost of fluids
