That's actually pretty easy. You won't really have to be super aggressive or anything. You'll probably lose about 5 pounds as soon as you start dieting. Then just watch your portions and try to make healthy food choices. (i.e. skip the bedtime snacks; grab an apple instead of potato chips with lunch; etc.) Also, start exercising (or at least keep up with your exercise if you already do!) Even just a simple 30 minute walk everyday will burn an extra 200-300 calories, which when combined with the healthy food choices, will probably allow you to lose about 1 pound per week.

good luck

NO cause to worry.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy.

It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

Don't drink soda pop, diet or regular.
Don't eat chocolate or other sweets except on occasion.
Include as many raw or steamed veggies as you can without lots of butter or cheese.
Increase your fiber intake as well as water.
Decrease the amount of bread you eat and try to make the bread you do eat whole grain.
Try almonds and berries for snacks.
Drink your 24 oz of low fat milk in 24 hours.
Include sensible exercise with light weight training as many days a week as you can.
Get out of the house whenever you can.
