My sister has a bug bite on her leg. It has a white part in the center that pusses a little bit and its about the size of a dime, but there's a dark bruise around that about 3 or 4 inches around it. She's had this for 3 days and each day its getting worse. What kind of bite is this???

I would say that it is a spider bite-probably a brown recluse with the explanation of the bruise.
She needs to see a doctor-recluse bites will eat away the flesh surrounding the bite and leave a nasty infection. If she goes now, they should be able to stop it from getting any worse. I will warn that if that is what it is, then there is a pretty painful process of getting the infection out. This includes incising the wound and "scraping" it with large Q-Tips. It is necessary though.

Could just be a bug bite. I have had bug bites that have had a spread out and raised bump. But just to be safe make a doctors appointment or go onto a symptom checker website such as webmd.

Hart to tell it could be spider bite. Since the center looks pus like she may have scratched and it's become infected. Clean it will with hydrogen peroxide. hydrogen peroxide doesn't really hurt until all the bacteria is killed. Then bandage with triple action ointment and keep covered with a band aid until healed. Change bandage and reapply ointment.

sounds like a spider bite. does it matter? no! she needs to have it checked out by a medical provider. if the symptoms have worsened over three days then she may need antibiotic therapy

Simple answer, get to a doctor, now!

Things related to a person's health which are getting worse, should ALWAYS be checked by a doctor, since you don't know where the 'getting worse' stops.

good luck!
