much time as was needed to perfect ones own self.....just one life to get it all right seems insane to me.

there is so much to know and to experince....you just can't do it all in one life....perfection takes time.

Burns His offspring...you mean his enemies, that have turned from Him since the fall of Adam? That a holy God would justly have condemned all of mankind to Hell for? That He out of infinite mercy, would call some to Himself through the atonement of His Son?

God has provided people with a choice. Man will NEVER gain perfection on his own, no matter how many lifetimes he will have. It comes only through being made holy through the death and resurrection of the holy begotten son of God...i.e. Jesus.

Because God is perfect in His justice. How can God be good and perfect without perfectly rewarding actions and deeds? Sin and wickedness must be punished.
