this is a funny question........lol, oatmeal is full of fiber....meaning it helps you feel full faster and stay full longer.....oatmeal is a good thing....lol....nevermind....

not unless you consumed several cups (dry weight) of it daily. all natural foods are best for the health. it's the manufactured food products that you need to worry about not the ones that are naturally occurring

you should drink it earlie in the morning with water and before you go to sleep, it helps you to loose weight
