what are some funny things to say before going under via I.V.?

Question

Whats some funny things you said or someone else has said before they passed out in the surgical seat?

getting surgery tomorrow on wisdom teeth and just curious what would be funny to say. haha.

After having the IV in for about thirty seconds, I said "How long before this works?"

It wasn't so funny for the doctor or nurse, they both jumped, scared the crap out of both of them.

I thought it was funnier than hell.

The nurse had missed my vein with the IV...they thought I'd been out all along, I was just sitting there waiting for it to work.

You won't have time to say it. By the time you reach seven counting backwards from ten you will be out cold.

When I had my teeth out I was all prepared for an after buzz. That didn't happen either. You'll just sleep the whole day through. The sodium pentathol they use to put you to sleep will keep you drowsy all day as will the pain killers.

This isn't terribly funny, but:
When I was 12, I was having surgery to have my gallbladder removed (yes, unusually young, I know). While I was being "put to sleep", the surgeon and I were arguing because he insisted that I was laughing and I wasn't. I still to this day insist that I wasn't laughing (maybe he was just trying to get me to feel better?)

Also once on laughing gas, my mom kept calling my dad sexy in front of everyone. (She would NEVER do that otherwise)

no longer as humorous because of the fact the Dr Cohen shaggy dog tale. yet probable much less anti-semitic. hey, did you recognize that once Cardinal George Pell walks everywhere he would not swing his arms? that is kinda like an Irish dance devoid of the rhythm.
