How would I celebrate with you? Normally I'd show up with some strong drink and get you loaded. On the other hand -- and no offense meant -- you sound kind of tame. So, I'd likely just show up already drunk, bring some friends, spark up your grill and smoke some meat. By the time I got bored or at least obnoxious, I'd leave you with the mess in your kitchen, but not before eating a piece of the cake, since I consider it an ill wish or bad luck not to take at least a bit of ones birthday cake.

thank God for the many blessings in your life. Thank God for your parents, friends, relatives, education, job, your house, for food that you can eat 3 x a day, etc. etc. But , most of all thank God for your life, for without life you would not be here today.
