It sounds like she wants you man. when i was in high school there were a few girls i suspected liked me and i never acted on it. years later i talked to some of them and they admitted they were interested in me. most likely this girl is trying to make it obvious that she likes you hoping you will approach her. Girls always do weird things like that, especially when they're young. Make a go at it if you're interested.
