Ask your mom to write a will and have it signed by a witness and perhaps even notarized. Keep a copy in a bank safe. If she wills you anything, you will then have the proof.

Your other option is to get a family-law attorney and see what he or she says ... they usually offer free initial consultations.

Does your mom have a will? If not the estate will be divided seven ways. Always have a will of your intentions.

If your mom is still of sound mind, get a lawyer to make that will up for her!

Sadly when it comes to the estate of a parent, siblings get real possessive of things they have no right too.

Have your mom go to a lawyer and draw up a will leaving the home to you. Nothing more should be said.

Try to look within....You are not the person you think you are to these other people.
So look within, try to see you, through their eyes.
If you don't, or can't, you will be the one on the outside looking for a place inside.
