I think we do ... God created humour, I'm sure he knows a few good jokes himself.... So wouldn't be safe to say, so do We, his followers.
( If not they would just throw us to the lions. )
Now I know God has a sense of humour look at the Duck-Billed Platypus : one of two mammals that lay eggs. ( figure that one out Darwin. )

I do have a sense of humor...I just don't find the same things funny that atheists do....like making fun of other people's religion...like mocking and laughing at all those silly Christians who belive in an Almighty God. Ganging up on them to try and ruin a question someone has asked in all honesty. Now here is something I think is funny>>
There was a Christian lady who lived next door to an atheist. Every day, when the lady prayed, the atheist guy could hear her. He thought to himself, "She sure is crazy, praying all the time like that. Doesn't she know there isn't a God?"
Many times while she was praying, he would go to her house and harass her, saying "Lady, why do you pray all the time? Don't you know there is no God?" But she kept on praying.
One day, she ran out of groceries. As usual, she was praying to the Lord explaining her situation and thanking Him for what He was gonna do. As usual, the atheist heard her praying and thought to himself, "Humph! I'll fix her."
He went to the grocery store, bought a whole bunch of groceries, took them to her house, dropped them off on the front porch, rang the door bell and then hid in the bushes to see what she would do. When she opened the door and saw the groceries, she began to praise the Lord with all her heart, jumping, singing and shouting everywhere! The atheist then jumped out of the bushes and told her, "You ol' crazy lady, God didn't buy you those groceries, I bought those groceries!" At hearing this, she broke out and started running down the street, shouting and praising the Lord.
When he finally caught her, he asked what her problem was. She said, "I knew the Lord would provide me with some groceries, but I didn't know he was gonna make the devil pay for them!"

Out of over a billion people, some surely have a sense of humor.
Humor is a part of human nature. It's not impacted by religion, unless that religion bans an expression of it.

Yes, most of the Christians I know have a wonderful sense of humor, though no one likes to have those things which they consider sacred and inviolable attacked in the guise of humor.

Are you kidding? I've been kicked out of churches because of mine. For example, a pastor once asked a congregation I was among what the number one cause of divorce was. I stood up and said, "Marriage". Another one bites the dust.
Theist with an untamed sense of humor.

One of the wisest, more kind and spiritual women I ever knew was a nun in college called Sr. B. Some of us could be a little "pious" and were horrified and scandalized when a bird got trapped in the church overnight and made a mess on the tabernacle.
For you non-Catholics, the tabernacle is the box of pure gold that they keep the consecrated hosts in: the real body of Jesus under the appearance of bread.
As I said, a lot of students were completely scandalized that there should be bird poop on the holy tabernacle. But Sr. B. wasn't fazed.
She told us it was a sign from God.
"Sign from God??? How can that be a sign from God?" we asked her shrilly.
Calmly she said: "It's God telling you, 'Don't just pray, pray, pray: Do, do, do."
After that, we laughed and realized how dour and humorless we were about it and it was all right.

People are people, some have a sense of humor, some don't, just like anyone else. It's just like some atheists have a sense of humor and some don't. People are still people.

I think most of us do...yes. However, the difference between a Christian and a non Christian is probably more about what they do or do not find funny. Anything that puts down a fellow human being or spreads hate or misunderstanding is not funny to us...as our God has conveyed the message that we are to love others. Many jokes today are a direct reflection on the hardship or misfortune of someone else or convey to the listener ideas or concepts that promote a wrong understanding of something...therefore, we don't find it funny.
