the computers were only set up with Microsoft works. Anyway, it is supposed to let you set it up on 3 computers so last night it was too late for us to set up her computer so I put the software on my computer. When I set up her computer today it had that program on it already but you had to enter the registration code, which I had from the box, but not everything was on there...like not all the clip art. Sorry this is so long, but should I uninstall the one that is on the computer and reinstall from the disc she bought? Since I already put that code in there is it going to still be able to be used twice again? Sorry, we are very new to this! Thanks.

the clip art is probably on a seperate disk or it is an option as part of setup... You opted for this option. She didnt.. Go to her control panel, remove the program, reboot and reinstall watch for the clipart options... Im guessing here but it has nothing to do with limitations of 3 computers etc.

The pre-installed version should have all the features you need. How else would microsoft justify paying for a key to unlock the program without sending you a software disk.
Rather than having to uninstall and reinstalling, do the following.

Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Click Microsoft office 2007 then click Change.

You should get an option to add or remove additional features.

Hopes this helps.

The pre-put in version could desire to have each and every of the valuable properties you like. How else might microsoft justify figuring out to purchase a key to launch this technique without sending you a utility disk. fairly than having to uninstall and reinstalling, do here. flow to regulate Panel > upload/do away with classes > click Microsoft place of work 2007 then click replace. you may desire to get an option to characteristic or do away with further valuable properties. Hopes this helps.

works and office will work on the same computer.they basically the same programs (one is light duty for home use and one is heavy duty for business use)
do not install each time you use the code it counts! things like clip art are downloaded from Microsoft's web site as are most of the templates and updates. after you install office get on the Internet and go to Microsoft update and update office and pic the clip art you want and the template you will use , you can always get when need them

Yes you could reinstall it however I would give microsoft a call on thier free number for your country and explain what you want to do

Thats not neccessary, if you downloaded the software and it accepted your registration key then you are fine.
It would have given you an error message if all was not good.
