If you have an external drive, use SuperDuper! (shareware) or Carbon Copy Cloner (donationware) to clone your startup disk to the external, then boot up from the external so you can use the cloning programs Erase & Copy feature to clone back to the internal drive. Otherwise you might need something like iDefrag (shareware), it will only defrag ??MB of your disk, if you want it to defrag your whole drive you need to purchase the license.
FYI, Mac OS X automatically defrags the disk.

unix based platforms do not fragment, so no choose for a defrager have you ever tried setting up the browser plugins for realplayer and wmp (or the mac innovations) ? having purely flash participant isn't adequate for all the video clips, i run linux (yet another unix based device) and choose the mplayer browser plugin to view some video clips
