Hendrick's look at that team they get caught about every week. that team always has the edge on the others i understand they have decent drivers but they arent that good we will all see when Kyle Busch goes over to Gibbs i would bet he wont do near as good, and Junior will be one of the best next year. DEI just hasnt been the same since SR died

well, i would have to say that they all "push" the rules to the limit. THere used to be a "grey" area, now there is NOT, Most crew cheifs are still setting up the cars the old way, in the "GREY" area. now they are finding out when they do this they are getting fined.

As for Hendricks, you know when you have driver that WIN alot of races, far more then most other teams everyone ALWAYS has to say someone is cheating. But if you look at all the drivers they all push it to the limit. NOT JUST HENDRICKS MOTOR SPORTS.

I'd have to say the #48 of Jimmie Johnson! He's been CAUGHT 2 times in the last 2 seasons for cheating of some sort.

to everyone who says that this or that team cheats the most....where is your proof? Other than a team dominating a bit does not make them cheaters...On the same note (and I know I am going to get negative marks on this) because Richard Petty won 200 career races he must have cheated ALL the time! Just because a team can figure out how to setup a car and have drivers that know how to get around a damn track does not make them cheaters.

As far as Chad Knaus goes he has only been "officially" nabbed for "cheating" 2 times

In early 2006, Knaus was accused of "cheating" after Jimmie Johnson's Daytona 500 qualifying run. Knaus made an illegal adjustment to the rear window, which resulted in his suspension from Cup events until March 22. Despite the loss of his crew chief, Johnson won the Daytona 500 with interim crew chief, Darian Grubb. While more accusations of cheating were made, the car passed NASCAR inspection.

On June 23, 2007, Knaus again found himself at the center of controversy. Knaus admitted to making modifications to the front fenders of the racecar to improve front downforce. These modifications were discovered and disallowed during initial inspection. Johnson was not allowed to qualify the car, and he started at the back of the field. Knaus was fined $100,000, and was suspended for six races.

If you have a talent for bending the rules just enough to gain an edge without breaking the rules I know many teams that could use you. LOL

Little white lie tellers with at least 10+ years experience wanted. Must have a prooven track record. No pun intended.

Honestly, a lot of them push the boundaries as much as they can.

For instance, in Spring '05 at Texas Motor Speedway, after the Busch race I was in the media center listening to post race interviews with the top 3. They handed out the "unofficial results" to all of us within minutes of the race ending.
Afterwards I headed to the garage and Johnny Sauter's Busch car was being torn apart by inspectors, and he was not a top 3 car, he finished around 20th. The officials claimed it was a random inspection but what really happened was someone on the team was upset with someone else and turned them into the officials. (I had a friend at the time that hung out with that team, so they told me the info.)

If you go back and look at Jayski you'll see that Johnny's finish was actually removed from the books. The next day I got an official race results sheet and there were only 42 cars listed. They disqualified his team and it was as if he never even entered the race.

So, yes, they all stretch the boundaries...it's just they have to make sure that they keep all of their employees happy or else they might get tattled on.

Hendrick! How would you say RCR? Have they been caught cheating this year? I don't think they have, unlike Hendrick. They are caught multiple times per year.
