Well, you will probably fill out more so I would not worry about it. I think that the guys will look for more in you than the size of your boobs. Some girls just mature much earlier than others.
Guys like nice butts also, some more than the boobs. Wear some clothes that will accentuate the attributes that you have.
I am sure that the guys will still date you. Just talk to them, and send the signals that you are interested, and then go on a nice date!

From a girl's point of view: i am 13 and the same way only not even a great butt. i have dated 3 people in the last 2 years. Guys should like you for your personality. NOT your "features". if a guy is gonna date you for your features, he is not the right kind of guy. hope i helped!

You're still a child, you are supposed to be flat and you shouldn't start dating at that age. Get some years on your life first.

i'm way too old for you, but just remember that, unless things have changed dramatically since i was your age, a LOT of girls still don't have much up top at that age. don't worry about it. and besides, why do you need to date at such a young age? just enjoy time with your friends, i say.
