That makes sense; but it would only be the people who choose to show God through their actions rather than their words. God's love is silent, because words are bulls'hit.

Never heard this one before, I turn it around, Who is God's voice? The only one I can say would be Jesus was God's voice. But I think, good example of certain people life's well
lived, are a part of God's plan. Such as Mother Tresera,
"Actions Speak Louder Then Words"

No I do not, since we are always battling good and evil which voice are we hearing? Your confusing the issue of "A government for the People by the People". I get your point that God Created All, but your not accounting Free Will in there.

1Ki 19:11 And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the LORD. And, behold, the LORD passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the LORD; but the LORD was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the LORD was not in the earthquake:
1Ki 19:12 And after the earthquake a fire; but the LORD was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice.
Whose 'still small voice' did Elijah hear? The voice of the people? NO.
I disagree with the statement.

In as much as the word of God was passed through certain people to get to us. I guess you could say that the voice of those people is the voice of God.

Worked for Charlemagne apparently...

Taken in context it's good: as an admontion to a monarch that he is ultimately a steward of the people and that their voice is to him as the voice of God... that's a powerful reminder. As an absolute maxim, though, I'm not sure how true it is. Still, I'll take vox populi over vox imperium any day.

Peace to you.

Only when the people are quoting God from scripture, or repeating what they have heard directly from God's mouth. In general, "the people" represent the world, and satan decieves the whole world.
