This is a really easy question to answer. Follow the strict Jewish diet that Jesus did (this can be found by reading the Old Testament or visiting a Jewish Synagogue). Then walk EVERYWHERE! Jesus walked around His country, speaking about Christianity; He even walked around neighbouring countries to do the same thing. He was strict in His lifestyle and knew what the human body, mind and spirit needed. You should pick up a book about His life and have a read, or go to a seminar on how to live more like Jesus, a book written about Jesus by those who knew Him best is called the Bible and can be found at all good Christian book stores, and these books and seminars can be found at your local Church, could I suggest an Assemblies of God? that is evil..... I thought my mind could come up with evil things. But with a woman's perspective, I think you tied my anger at him. But I am sick, I switch from total hate to him, to a little tired sad lamb to him.
