It depends on what they have ridden before. If they've been riding for years on dirtbikes and know how to handle a smaller motorcycle responsibly, then no. If it's their first bike, definately.

Driving any gas powered vehicle on the street without a drivers license is illegal. I don't know of any state where 11 is a legal age for a drivers license. Besides that any parent, who would allow an 11 year old to ride something like that, is an irresponsible idiot. And when the kid gets killed or kills/ seriously injures someone else, the parent/guardian will deserve everything the legal system throws at them.

using any gas powered motorized automobile on the line without drivers license is against the regulation. i don't understand of any state the placement eleven is a criminal age for a drivers license. besides that any parent, who might enable an eleven 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous to journey some ingredient like that, is an irresponsible fool. And on a similar time as the teenager gets killed or kills/ heavily injures somebody else, the parent/father or mother will deserve each and every ingredient the criminal kit throws at them.

My opinion is that that's far too much power for a young kid to handle. Dirt bikes are one thing, but to give someone so young that much speed is signing their death certificate.
Where would they be even able to operate a bike like this? Certainly not on the public roads. Taking them to a track would work, and they'd learn how to handle driving situations, but I'd reserve something this fast to about 14-15 years old.

that's too fast for any 11 year old to go,think about this,at 70 miles per hour if you have an accident on it,its going to take some meat of your bones,i still have scars from a motorcycle wreck a long time ago,and it hurts to think about doing this,if you get one you better be careful with it,good luck.
