Well, I have breakouts time to time and I tend to scratch them because I look in the mirror, I see it and I just can't stand seeing it. I have a few dark spots (blemishes) and when it comes to choosing face washes, I don't know which ones actually do work and if I need to change the brand I choose.

i know you cant resist from scratching when you look into the mirror but they tend to leave drak spots... dont keep changing the creams/ face wash/ cleansers frequently.. we cant decide which ones will suite us...

contact a dermitologist for the marks.. or you can mix some turmeric powder with some milk, honey and few drops of lemon and apply on to your face.. let it dry before you take your shower.. this wil remove all the marks..

worked for me...

I really feel for you and I wish I could help. I'm no expert, but the only thing that seems to help me is an all natural cleanser. Make sure the cleanser has all natural ingredients before you decide to give it 6 whole months. Make sure it's for your skin type. Since you have acne prone skin, you probably have oily skin. When you wake up in the morning does your skin look oily before you do anything to it? If yes, you have oily skin.

Your diet is really important, so make sure you have a good diet and drink plenty of water. Please make sure to take a good multi vitamin and a vitamin c tablet everyday. I heard primrose oil helps too.

Get off the commercial products. Get may Kay or Arbonne or even Jafra. You can google each for a local rep. Specialty products often have more of the properties that are geared directly for your problem. I even have an excellent AVON face wash, so get a cataloger. Their expert representatives can help you with establishing a regimen and getting products that a re specific to your condition.

I use to change every so often, but now I have started using a no-alcohol toner after I wash and I am getting the clean feeling I was after without drying out my skin. But I still change about every six months.

mean key fact is to be less stressful (try sleeping enough). if u have EXTREMELY oily face, use proactiv. extremely oil face as in 3 hours (or so ) after u washed ur face, u get oily face. if u don't have extremely oily face then don't use proactiv b/c it dried ur face up and u'll end up w/ a really itchy, red face. if u don't have an extremely oily face, use neutrogena or biore. i haven't tried neutrogena, but i've heard it's really good. i'm using biore blemish ice cleaner in the morning then biore warming blackheads at night. my face has been clear since using biore. good luck!

it takes around to weeks for a pimple to show. so it might be a good idea if you stick to one product for a few months and if it doesnt work switch to a better product. try wetting your face then using a face scub and massage it into your skin then rinse off. and keep the skin clear and wash it daily so the oil doesnt build up.

You should stick with the same one for at least 6 weeks to see results.
