For me thats a complete turn on!
if the girl is spontanious enough to come say hi to a random guy, i think that would be great!
im really into girls with a great personality/sence of humor/and does random stuff, that sending a great message to me!if u ever c a guy u r thinkin would be cool toget to no (especially like me) definatly do that and get to no him!

Mostly, if he found the girl attractive, I think he would feel complimented.
