Generally, Catholic, Orthodox and "Mainline" Protestants (i.e. Episcopal/Anglican, and to a certain extent some Lutheran congregations). But you can find them in just about any denomination to some extent nowadays. Usually you can tell by where the pastor went to school, if you can get that info... Oh, also a good clue is to look at the Bibles in the pews, too. If it's NIV or NASB or KJV, you're more likely to be dealing with a literalist congregation. If it's NRSV, you've probably got a more progressive congregation. Just a tip.
Peace to you.

You can even see differences of this even in the denominations. Generally those NOT that way that are literal are Pentecostal, Church of God, and generally nondenominational.

The Episcopal Church, Unitarian Universalists, Unity, the United Church of Christ (but there are other "Church of Christ" groups that are literalists) and quite a number of others.

The most non-literal ones are the really liberal branches, such as Unitarians and most Presbyterians.

I think it's the Catholics that take more of a metaphorical interpretation of the Bible.
