I love the taste of freshly warm beetroot just after they have boiled, sprinkled with a tiny bit of sugar!

Also love pickled beetroot!

Pickled if they are canned but if they are fresh out of the ground cooked and then a little butter and salt. Sweet candy.
I forgot "Harvard Beets" are great too. They are hot sweet and sour beets. Yummy.
