My cousin just was able to open up and tell me something that made my heart skip a beat. He's really good at bottling up his feelings, but he was still able to tell me this. Does this mean that he trusts me? Loves me? Or am I just getting all 'over-dramatic' again?????

Lol you seem a bit over dramatic, but yes, it does mean he trusts you if he keeps his feelings bottled up all the time and tells you about it.
