If you like a girl would you call her everyday or only ramdomly? I have been talking to this guy but he only calls me randomly does it mean he is interested or me or not? I need to know because I am about to cut him loose and not answer the phone when he calls me.
He's 32, I'm 22 if it helps, and we live about 250 miles away.

Calling anyone every day seems a bit much. Don't be so insecure. At least he calls. Given he's 250 miles away, he has things to do and may get so busy he forgets to call. Guys are like that.

32 - 22 = 10
10 x 250 = 2500
That all adds up to a big pain in the a$$ all around. I have no problem with the age difference or the distance alone, but the combination sucks. He is 32, you are 22...that means he has a lot more experience than you do. No Matter how it may seem, he is in control of the situation and probably has you right where he wants you. Odds are very good that he has a few other girls on the line and is single at 32 for a reason. The random timing of his calls, though, indicates that he has higher priorities in his life that he is trying to keep separate from you (wife, kids, girls, bodies in his basement...take your pick). Give him the boot and find someone closer to home.

I know myself for instance would only call randomly. I hate talking on the phone and I wouldn't want to come off as "desperate" or "psycho" by calling way too much, besides I run out of things to say. Not every day is an exciting adventure that needs to be communicated.
After knowing a girl for a while, I'll call more often to see how she's doing or say good night or whatever. Definitely not for someone 250 miles away though, sorry.

Every day, probably not. What is random though? If he calls more days than not and you have good talks, he's interested. If he calls 1-2 times a week and the talk is short and not heart felt he's not into you.
Some people are more independent than others. If you're dependent on everyday contact, let him know. See how he feels. If you don't talk about it, you will have a problem in all relationships. Communication is a key element in happy relationships.

No I hate when a girl calls me everyday. It gets annoying and I need my personal space just to relax without the girl at times even when I liked girl(s) I had a girlfriend once and she called me everyday. Especally when I just saw and talked to her at school. It got very annoying. I talked to this guy once about this situation and he said it's normal for girls to call you everyday. Pretty much in summery what's a girl without a "relationship" For me it's the ring ring ring everyday I just need some time of my own like my personal space just to be alone while I still like the girl, although now we just remain friends. But no wonder why she said I was being grouchy everyday. Just by her saying that it got me more tempered.

250 miles is a long way to have a relationship. Random calling is not a good sign either. How long have you had a relationship with him? He's interested but I don't know if it is solely on you or not. My guess is he is playing you.

Why would anyone want a long distance relationship any way. Calling all the time would be like checking in with the warden. If this isn't what you want be done with it.

I'll call her everyday to ask how's she doing. But if you says he is staying so far away, forget about it.
