I would think stiff, but I would get fitted to make sure you can hit accurately with the stiff flex before I bought a whole new set of clubs.

If you can get the clubhead up to 100 mph or above and actually make contact with the ball you need stiff shaft.

probably stiff. sounds like you hit the ball at least 240, so i would go with stiff flex.

depends on your tempo,lag and club release
stiff has many variables as well
get fitted by a reputable fitter
