well layering works really well. i mean, there's no way you can possibly make your hair look really thick if it's thin in the first place, but layering adds more volume to it. you can also you mousse or other volumizing hair products. also, i dont know if you like this hairstyle, but cuts like bobs or pixie cuts make your hair look thicker.

do you wear hats a lot? i had this job outside and wore a hat to keep the sun out of my eyes and my hair thinned stopped wearing a hat and bam it's back

side parting would cover your thinning spot, and i'm sure their are many hair thickening products you can research.

zig zag the part, and wash it upside down, and apply product with your head upside down.
