I quite like the idea of bran muffins for puffy eyes - if you eat one, it should absorb some of that excess moisture, right? If so, maybe the puffiness will shrink. I'm gonna try this awesome idea first thing in the morning - thanks!

Yes,the high fiber content actually reduces swelling of the delicate tissue surrounding the eyes..I often employ both methods when I suffer from occasional eye puffiness,by sipping warm green tea,while listening to Green Acres re-runs,with a muffin taped to each eye. Good Question,young lady..

It sounds as though certainly one of your tear ducts isn't working amazing. i could attempt antihistamine eye drops in the morning and at evening once you have time attempt a pair of slices of cucumber over the puffy section. for sure you will ought to lie down for 10 min's. yet hey, what a stable excuse.

are you serious? -- don't know about bran muffins -- only to say, once heard: CHAMOMILE tea bags the suggestion (compared to ordinary ones, I guess), chamomile [among others] has astringent properties
