I'm talking the areas that have the most pressure on them when sitting on a very narrow, hard, racing style bike seat.

Take a hot bath with 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts. Soak for 30 minutes. The Epsom salts will help eliminate the lactic acid that forms on the muscles from over exertion.

Massage an analgesic cream into the sore muscles.

500mg of calcium and magnesium, taken twice daily, can help with diminishing the pain.

Advil liqui capsules work very quickly on pain. Take them four times daily.

Ice packs
ibuprofen(reduces any inflammation)
Tylenol(reduces pain not swelling)
After several days Rice pack heated in microwave(heat compress)
Soak buttocks in tub with Epsom salt
Use sports creme on sore area
give it time
Don't ride bike for awhile
