i have talked to this guy on the net for about 2 years but never met him, and for like the last year i've really fallen for him :/ he says he loves me too, and i believe him, but there are so many problems, for a start we live in 2 different countries and there is a 9 year age gap. Is it going to work out or am I just kidding myself? I really love him..

You're just kidding yourself. I doubt you really love him, you may think you do though because these are the strongest feelings you've had for anyone up to date. Don't worry about it. Try talking to people in your own country, or even more so your own city! Face to face even, that would be best.

Mel I somehow doubt what you are feeling is actual love if indeed you two have never met in person. Anyone can be anyone or anything that they please via the internet but until you two have actually met and get to know one and other it is impossible to use the love word. Sorry!

Have you even seen a picture of him. Or has he seen one of you? What about those web cam thingys? I'm not sure if you're actually feeling love. Those who fall in love meet in real life and get to know each other.
