You should not give ANY human medicine to dogs until you have spoken to a Vet. The stuff you describe will not work on dogs and could be extremely dangerous

Mycrogyno is a contraceptive pill containing oestradiol which is female hormone.

One tablet should not be toxic to a medium size dog. However, ongoing use would be health damaging:
- myelosuppression: decrease in production of red blood cells leading to anemia
- symmetrical, non itchy hair loss

If the dog ingested large amount within a 2-4 hours time range, it is worth getting the dog to be sick:
- an injection at the vet
- administration of strongly salted water at home

good luck
