Have you looked at the Head Start program? There is no cost for that and they have excellent programs in many areas. Call the local elementary school and ask about how to find Head Start in your area and also ask if they have a pre-k program through the school.

I would call the school district in Ahwatukee (Is it Kyrene?) and ask if they have an early childhood program for preschool. This should be free or fairly cheap. Not every school has it, but it's worth a try.

Otherwise, I'm not sure of prices. It really varies throughout the area and depends on how many days/hours you want.

There shouldn't be any fees for public schools, except maybe to buy a school t-shirt so the kids can be easily identified while on field trips, or classroom supply donations.
