it confuses me.
the name is christian...but i hear that isnt...
if it isnt, could you please tell me why the name is?

I don't think they're Christian. But I don't think they're pure satanist either. They used to be called "Burn the Priest", so you can imagine what they're not. I think they're more of a socially-conscious band that plays satirical songs that tries to give the truth straight up, much like gangsta rap, in spirit. It's image of being anarchical is probably only to boost the interest of the public as well as sales.

I just downloaded 8 Gb of christian heavy metal. The stuff is far better than i expected, but some of it is clearly not Christian. Be carefull, Lamb of God is non Christian

Yeah, I'm sure a satanist heavy metal band would go around with a name like "Lamb of God". "Beheaded Lamb of God" MAYBE....

im pretty sure they are christian, i know they are definitely not satanist, but im an expert on metal and i will look it up for you. yeah they are christian i checked up on their lyrics.

I've only seen the albums in the "metal" section of my music store. I think they chose the name to annoy people, like Judas Priest used to do.

lamb certainly arent christian metal,but they certainly aint tryin to convert people over to the dark side.
just a great metal band getting ready for ozzfest..detroit in two weeks.
