As in brand, or like milk, dark, white etc? Oh, I'll just answer both for the heck of it.
I like white chocolate best during the winter, when it won't melt, which it does, very quickly. But in the winter, you can't beat a really dark chocolate bar. And by dark, I mean the bitter stuff.
As for the brand, I'll buy whatever looks good, but I prefer See's candy. My grandmother always has some at her house and I've practically been raised on it.

The darker the chocolate, the better. It has to have the percentage of cocoa on the wrapper to be any good. Digardelli has a Twilight Dark Chocolate that is 75% cocoa. That's the good stuff!

My father in law gets the best chocolate from Italy. Everything else tastes like wax after you get spoiled with this one.

The cheap kind. I've always thought a Snickers tastes better than that expensive boxed chocolate you get on Valentine's.

Green & Black's 75% Dark. I prefer it to the 80%.
With a good merlot, if possible.
