What's causing your stress? If you don't know, go here (http://www.stressbusting.co.uk/quiz/quiz.asp), take their quiz, and see what they say. I got some additional ideas from their website, so if you browse it and see correlations, that's why.

There are lots of natural stress relievers. You just have to find the one or two out of a billion that work for you.
There's yoga, meditation, relaxation tapes, exercising, bubble baths, lavender, swimming, tanning, .. you said lavender works for you, so ask your mom to get you anything and everything with lavender in it.

Keep a diary. Make a list of all the events over a two-week period that cause you stress. Write down the date, time, who you were with, etc.. and you might find a pattern to your stress and be able to combat it better.

Talk to a good friend - sometimes just talking things over with someone you trust can make you feel better.

Relax:
- Use deep-breathing: inhale slowly, count to 5; hold it for 5 secs then breathe out slowly. Do this 10 times when you're stressed, and only concentrate on your breathing.
- Stretch your neck muscles and shoulders. Keeping your shoulders level, and tip your head to each side like you're trying to touch your shoulders with your ears. Look up, down, and then roll your shoulders wide. Open your mouth wide to release tension in your jaw. Do this 5 times.
- Try to 'shut down' for 5 minutes or so, and think of nothing but your "happy place". It can be the park, your room, any place where your siblings aren't.. that's up to you, but take this 5 minute "shut down" and just relax.

Exercise: take a walk, walk the dog, push a baby sibling around in the stroller, whatever... just get out and walk for at least 20 minutes when you feel stressed. If it's really bad, jog.

Get up 15 minutes earlier than you think you need to and prepare for the day without rushing. Get things ready for school the night before. Try to have 20 minutes in the morning and after school that's YOUR time, in which you can do whatever you want, even if it is simply sitting doing nothing.

If you're stressed all the time, maybe you can ask your mom to sign you up for karate or kick-boxing classes. Those will teach you to channel your emotions and work through them, as well as letting you take out anger, frustration, and stress on inanimate objects.
If you're not into violent stress release, maybe ballet, softball, or piano lessons would work.

Good luck. ~!~

Psalms 55:22
22 Throw your burden on Jehovah, And he will sustain you. Never will he allow the righteous one to fall.

1 Corinthians 10:13
13 No temptation has come upon you except what is common to men.+ But God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear,+ but along with the temptation he will also make the way out so that you may be able to endure it.

It depends on whats stressing you. If its an annoying friend or family member, then your best bet is to get away and watch some TV, or better yet, go outside and play around. (with permission of course.

If its something like a project is due tomorrow, then do as much as you can and remember to start earlier next time. Worrying won't make your grade any better.

If its something such as not being as good as someone else or as smart, don't worry. Who cares who is the best?

Usually when I'm stressed, I take a jog around the block with my dog. It clears my mind and I relieve my stress. Since you're still a little young, maybe you can watch tv or listen to some music, take a bubble bath, read something funny.

I hope this helps. Good luck!
