Rub some vaseline on your lips and then use a wash cloth to gently rub them. It will remove the dry skin. Also be sure to put vaseline or chapstick or something like that on before you go to bed. It will keep your lips moisturized overnight. Drinking plenty of water helps prevent dry lips too. And I've read that the more you lick your lips or pick at them, the dryer they'll be. So avoid those things. Hope this helps! :)

Exfoliate your lips from time to time by rubbing vaseline on them and brushing them gently with a toothbrush...... they say this helps remove the dead cells very effectively so you don't have them on you in the form of dry lips. And this is more like a natural remedy....... rub a tiny little bit of honey on them any time you like, they will be sweet and VERY moisturized -- and shiny too!

I LOVE Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer. I have very pale skin and the "cocoa" color looks really good. I've tried two others, but I love the cocoa. "Nutmeg" is nice too. I also love that there are no funky ingredients. There is no bad taste or scent and even my husband will kiss me when I where this. He hates lip gloss. :) Hope this helps!

id watch out with vaseline, doctors told me it was flammable in case of an oxygen fire thing, scared me to not touch the stuff ever since.
I have the same problem, mine would crack and bleed in the winter, i started using blistex silk and shine. Its great, it smells good, and is really soft, and its not like glossy, its smooth kissable soft right when you put it on, and spf 15, always a good thing to have!!
