I fell for this guy (who is now my ex-boyfriend), a long time ago, like two years ago. We're not together but we still talk as friends, I feel like I still love him though. How do I hint to him that I want to get back together with him?

Right now we're both single.

We both like eachother, and all of our friends know it, but neither of us know what we should do because we don't want to ruin the friendship we already have again like we did the first time..............and the second time.

in my experience love doesn't last forever if both of parties involved don't think it will. If you love him still tell him. Ask him out in a friendly matter and see how things go. if you notice something at him that suggests he loves you back than turn the discussion to that point. talk about your former relationship with him, ask him how he felt about it, or talk about the good things about that relationship. And he thinks the same way than tell him: hey, you know what, i think i'd like having that again with you....( something in the lines of that)
hope it all goes well for you.
all the best

Going down memory lane is a good start. Make sure to point out all the good times you had together and mention how much you miss that. See how he responds as you are talking about specific memories. If he is very hesitant before answering, he may be avoiding. If he is all over the conversation, it sounds like you may have a round two in you.

Good Luck

Don't just hint. Ask him outright. He was your BF at one time and you are still friends now? You should know him well enough to be honest with your feelings. You might fear rejection, but there is a lot to gain by just taking a leap of faith and putting yourself out there. If he still wants to be friends there is a very good chance he still has romantic feelings for you.

You need to ask yourself why you broke up in the first place and if that is still an issue then I would suggest you avoid a bf/gf relationship and just stay friends

As the KING (Elvis) said "Fool's rush in where Angel's fear to tread) So take your time and be very very sure you are right for each other, because Forever is a very very very long time. Good luck to your future. Been there done it THREE TIMES WED so I know what is what

hey I've noticed a lot of people saying don't. forget about them
1.smile allot nobody likes a wet weekend
2. remind him of the good times
3. I've heard men associate the sent of vanilla with love
and you can do all of that if you really love him so think are you really love him or you just you want him to stay close good luck

it's hard to know if love lasts forever...as for getting back together with someone after two years that is hard because the spark that was once there might have gone away

Seriously ask him either to go with you to a movie or over for dinner. Get him in a position that you could talk with him seriously in. Talk to him. Tell him how you feel. If he doesn't reciprocate, then let it go. If he does, then CONGRATULATIONS!

it depends why you broke up. if it was something mis demeaner like a stupid little fight. of course you should! however if it was an abusive relationship or something of the sort, i strongly reccomend that you dont.
