Heaven is not of the universe. It is not up, it is not down, it's just there. It's hard for us humans to understand it because we can't think like God can. But don't worry! He knows best, and everything is under control!
Blessings to you!

I apologies for the disrespectful responses you received.
I see at least a couple of people tried to answer your question but it seems they were describing heaven rather then telling you where it is.
Heaven exists with everything else in the universe but on a separate plane. It is the spiritual plane sometimes called the astral plane.
Its is not up or down nor in or out. It coexists with us it is all around us just as our universe is. But it is only visible and audible to those who have been given access. And only true believers are granted that access.
Let me better explain. by example. If you go outside on a bright sunny day and shine a flash light into the sky you can not see the beam but it is there.
There are some whistles you can blow but you can not hear the sound but if played loud enough it can brake glass.
This is where heave is it exists hear with us but unseeable until that time we are granted access, and though we can not see heaven from here, from heaven you can see everything.

The sky and even space is part of the limited physical restraints of time-space. Heaven is part of another dimension with no such limitations. Sound, light, smell, and taste are not limited by a small bandwidth of experience.
The apostle Paul had a small glimpse of heaven. It was so different for him, he could only speak of it from the third person. He said he saw things that would be unlawful to try and describe is was so glorious.
Can you imagine color beyond the mere spectrum of light? Or sound beyond the puny 20hz-20khz we hear now? What wondrous music we have today that gives us joy. And that with a limitation of only SEVEN whole notes!
1 Corinthians 2:9
“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard,Nor have entered into the heart of man
The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”

Heaven is Home for followers of Jesus Christ.
Your question should not be where is Heaven, but rather how do I go there.
Heaven and Hell are approximately 18 inches apart.
Still with me?
Your brain and your heart are about 18 inches apart.
Your mind is the battleground of good and evil.
Satan already has your mind. Jesus wants your heart.
Let Jesus have your heart and you'll go to the Heaven God has prepared for you.
But if you let the devil keep your mind, you will follow him into the Hell made for him but not intended for you.

Genesis tells us that God called the firmament or sky heaven, so we know heaven is above. We know that God sits high and looks low. We also know that man has never reached heaven, and never will, hence tower of babel.

Heaven is nowhere, and it is everywhere.
Heaven is in the mind of God and the heart of believers.
Heaven is a place beyond whatever we can think, dream, imagine or describe.
Heaven is our home.

Christians today don't realize but the people who invented the idea of heaven REALLY REALLY believed it was up in the sky. How could they know we'd improve on astronomy and even go into space one day? Since then, they've tried to reposition it into some kind of ethereal, parallel plane place so it no longer defies the laws of physics. But it's hokum. They'll try to change things forever and STILL claim that their religion is eternal and unchanging. Amazing.

There is no Heaven. It's a magical land far far away in the minds of church folks, a place where they will get rewarded for stuff they should have done anyway.
