Brown some ground beef in a skillet. Add onions, and mushrooms. Flatten two biscuts at a time to make a larger biscut, and put some of the beef in there. Add some cheese and close the biscuit (seal the edges with a fork and poke a hole in the top). Bake 350 for about 20 minutes or until brown. It's like a cheeseburger but more filling!

1. Make fried dough bites - tear off a hunk of dough & fry in oil till golden brown. While still warm roll in either white sugar or a combination of cinnamon & white sugar. Once cool eat as you would a doughnut.
2. Use a teflon muffin pan or spray so dough doesn't stick. Shape a hunk of dough to fit bottom of muffin cup & up the side at least 1/4". Bake for 12 -15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool, then fill with various jams or jellies for mouth pleasing snack.
3. Roll dough out to flatter than you do to cut-out biscuits then cut into diamond shape <> Use canned pie filling (apple, cherry, etc.) in center of diamond then fold points together & pinch edges closed with fingers, or use tines of fork. Bake for 16 minutes in a 325 degree oven. If you want to use for a hot sandwich instead of dessert, fill with shaved ham & grated cheddar, or roast beef with minced onion & green peppers - or whatever other meat filling you like.

Make chicken and dumplings.Drop the dough by the tablespoon into simmering chicken soup.Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, then un-cover and cook for about 10 more minutes until done. You might want to add some fresh herbs like parseley or basil to the dough before the simmer.I added blueberries, fresh, once.Tastes delish, but the color was a little Halloweenish.....Enjoy

well...what a question...there are several ideas. I am assuming (hopefully) that you are talking about home made dough...and not the canned variety.
If this is the case, then use less flower than normal to make an almost short bread. Bake it in a flat sheet allow it to cool and break into small pieces. Slice your favorite berry or fruit into small slices add sugar to taste (let it sit until there is a syrup like juice)...then mix both together. Oh, feel free to add whipped cream.

You could always purchase some good quality pork sausage and some shredded cheddar cheese... make sausage balls!
Flatten some dough into a circle, add a spoonful of sausage and some cheese, pinch to close and bake for perhaps 20 minutes at 350?

I like buying the cheap cans of biscuit dough.I'll preheat some oil to about 350,then open the can and stretch each biscuit out as much as possible.I try not to make wholes but you really can't help it.Then fry them until golden brown, flip over and do it again.
I also mix some peanut butter and syrup in a bowl to put on my fried dough. It is real good.

You can take a muffin tin and spray it with a little non-stick oil and line each cup with a biscuit, so it is like a pie crust. Fill each with an egg, a little salt and pepper and top with just a little cheese. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until light golden brown.

I don't know if the buttery part will effect this or not. You can always drop the dough in balls into boiling stew or chicken soup to make a Northern Dumpling.

S'matter with biscuits? Knead in some garlic and shredded cheddar cheese before you bake 'em. Or stir in some sugar and cinnamon and make a crust for a peach cobbler out of your biscuit dough. Or knead in a tablespoonful of beef bullion crystals, bake 'em in the shape of bones and when they cool store 'em in a jar for treats for your dog.
