----------
We will all have the chance to be saved on Earth or afterwords, I believe. I also think we will have a life review and understand deeply how our actions affect others. Isn't that what you also believe?

It is never okay to do wrong no matter what the circumstances. God is understanding and merciful, but he disciplines His children if/when they do wrong. If a person is actually a Child of God then they wouldn't want to cheat anyone nor make the choice to do so. That is not a characteristic of God's Children. However, if one of His Children does make the choice to do wrong (give into the sinful human nature), then he/she will become convicted within themselves and be led to repent and ask forgiveness since they have the Holy Spirit and a conscience that urges them to do so. A Child of God cannot get away with doing wrong things simply because they're a Child of God, as if it's okay for them but not for anyone else. The fact that they keep believing in Jesus is what keeps them saved whilst here on earth. And if they really believe in Jesus then they will repent of their sins. Some people may harden their heart to the wrongdoing and not repent. That in itself is wrong. If they choose to reject Jesus and live in sin then they won't have Him and therefore a place in Heaven because they chose to reject all of that when they rejected Jesus. It's as if to say, "I don't want you anymore, I want death and hell." If they choose to live in a state of rejection of Jesus then they can't have Heaven because they are not currently saved anymore. They would have to choose to turn back to God and be sorry for their wrongdoing. It's their own choice.
God definitely wants everyone to be saved and to go to Heaven to be with Him because He loves all people. He is also very merciful and slow to anger. But, God is also just and he won't fail to punish or discipline someone (even His own Child) for their wrongdoing (much like a regular parent). God is Life and if someone chooses to reject God the only other alternative that they receive is death. A person can't receive God's forgiveness if they don't want to even admit what they did is wrong and are sorry for it. A person can't reject God and still go to Heaven - because Heaven is God's Kingdom. The only other place to go when a person's body dies is the world of the dead - a prison of suffering.

For the believer, their sins were all forgiven at the cross, past, present and future. The work is done. Salvation for an individual is by God's choosing or electing. If someone claims to be saved, yet continues to live a life of sin, their salvation is in question, not that they may lose their salvation, but whether they were ever actually saved at all.

Are you cheating the system just to help your own goal of helping your own children at the expense of other people's better home or education?...maybe look for something to help out everybodies kids...if posssible... But the real answer is do a cost/benefit ratio... If what you do improves the OVERALL home and education of other people and government then all is cool.... but i'm not religion fanatic so i don't know if you want to listen to me anyway

The bible teaches that God forgives us if we sin ignorantly, not willfully. The bible says if you have knowledge that what you are doing is wrong, then you are not forgiven, if you have accepted Christ as your savior. If you haven't accepted Christ, then you haven't been saved from your sins, and are still in them. So anything you do can be forgiven, once you are saved. The important thing is God tells us to come to him while we are young, before the evil days draw nigh (old age), and we don't know if we will live long enough to be forgiven, so it is best to live right now, and accept Christ. God will provide for you and your family, if your walk is righteous, he provides for the sparrow and he can provide for you.

When you accept Jesus; you do so with both your mouth and your heart. It you willingly do this to other people and yes even the government; you are not going by what Jesus taught. We are still to obey the laws of the land and to love each other as ourselves. This means that you wouldn't want to cheat yourself; so you should not cheat other people.

I wouldn't cheat my fellow man. But government is fair game. God knows that government is the root of all evil. Nothing wrong with cheating evil in my opinion.

No, and you may not have a chance to ask for forgiveness in the end.

If you sin, ask God's forgiveness and He promises to forgive your sin, but don't keep doing the same sin over and over. If you do that, it means you truly didn't repent.
