Remove all dirt. Wash once or twice a day, including after exercising with a q-tip. However, avoid excessive or repeated skin washing. If you keep the inside of your nose clean this will help.

If you have pimple like bumps in your nose, they are most likely not pimples, but a staff infection caused from picking pimples on your face or other skin areas. you could also have herpes in your nose, that came from a herpes on your lip or other area of your body, not necessarily sexually transmitted herpes, but nonetheless, herpes that is painful, swells, and is very contagious to others and can spread about your entire body. You should see a md to find out what the bumps in your nose really are" and never, never stick anything in your nose, but a tissue to blow it gently, you can use peroxide to clean the areas, but do not squeeze, break or pick at them. they will spread, get in your fingernails and can become deadly and disfiguring staff infections very easily.
