we met on net thenin person so in tune finishing each others sentances, he committed to a relationship 7 weeks later he calls it off. When i asked why he said I didnt want to know, I turned it around and we are friends, I have not seen him for 12 mths now he lives in another state. we are in constant contact tho. I am on the verge of just walking away and still not knowing what happened, This man is my twin of this I am sure we have the same morals same ethics same everything .Does he still have feelings for me and should I hang in there or should I just quietly leave his life for good,

Check out HIS statement : you asked "why" he called your relationship off after committing to it and he said - YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW....to me that speaks volumns. There are things about this man that you don't know and probably will not know. I don't even see 'friendship' in that because you initiated it - and it takes two people to have a friendship. You have not seen him in 12 months - and you are still carrying a torch? This is a little bit unreasonable and frankly - not healthy for you. Sometimes, NOT KNOWING is better than knowing which might cause you even more hurt. Personally, I don't think he has the feelings for you that 'you' want and you should not 'hang in there' - there does not seem to be any reason or anything to 'hang in for. He has not given you any reason to expect that his love is present and accounted for.
Quietly leave his life for good -

I don't get it he already broke up with you. Did you sleep w him? You can not confuse sex w love. Stop giving it up and you'll see clearer who is the "one".The love relationship is over. He's in another state. Though you may still have feelings for him you are wasting your good energy on something that will never happen. Please move on he was honest w you in letting you go...it just wasn't there for him if it was he'd be w you now. That has no reflection on you as a person you are probably a very nice girl. But you are freaking me out being so clingy to someone who has evidently moved on. I hope you find who your looking for.

Helen is it possible that he didn't commit to your relationship because he was already in one and is still in it at the moment.?and he is able to be dishonest to you from afar.
that would answer why he didn't tell you the reason he walked away . Id search your memories for a hint , if you think I might be correct walk away head high and know you are the better woman .

If he says you dont want to know, just trust him. You could ask him if there is any chance of getting back together, and then base your decision on his answer. But don't wait around for someone who may not ever come around. Your true love might be right next door and you wouldnt know it for pining for someone who doesnt love you.

Why don't you just let things move on as he did...For some reason something just doesn't sound rite, what who knows. You honestly don't know if he's married or what's going on in his life. Why hold on to something that you don't even know who or why you're even holding on to it?! Do yourself a favor & just let go. I think you should just ride away in the sunset & leave him where he is. One door closes, another one w/open!
