It is bad to inhale ANY smoke. Tobacco smoke carries a lot of tar, an oily substance, which will deposit itself in your lungs and block them be it cigarette smoke or any cigar smoke.

I smoked 20 a days for years and stopped 2 years ago. What a relief... the end of a nightmare.

the cigars are quite safe
only when you light them up and inhale the smoke now if you were to eat them they would only make you sick it is also a myth that they are safer than cigarettes more dangerous if any thing give it up

Cigars to my knowledge are just to make smoke not to inhale.......you`ll kill your lungs...........don`t do it..........
