A**, Hell, Damn, even Bi*ch are all said on regular tv these days. In my opinion I don't see what the big deal is, but Nascar will look at it as Kevin making the sport look bad and fine him most likely.

No. Apparently you can say *** on TV but you cant say ****. I dont know why exactly but thats just how it is. Now NASCAR may have a different view on this subject but I think that they may be getting a fine for the other incident involving him and Montoya but if anyone gets a fine Montoya definitely will..

Nascar will only fine him if that word breaks FCC regulations. That word does not break the rules, therefore he is not in trouble.

I'm sure he will. Darn Harvick, he was being such a good boy about not fighting until he said that. I wish Jeff Burton would rub off on him more, and get him to be a little bit more mellow.

Sure he will. Unfortunately, NASCAR has decided to reject its roots and go for the mainstream. To me, baseball has traditionally been know as the "clean sport." The NFL and NBA had all the bad apples. NASCAR was just what it is, rednecks cheering for rednecks. But now they are trying to become cleaner than MLB. Just let the guy be themselves!! I have young kids I take to MLB games, and leave home when I go to races. We know who these guys are, we know who their fans are, and we are able of policing ourselves.

I think he will because it casts a bad image on the sport and the organization itself. Definitely a fine as well as race points deduction.
